The Classic Vermouth uses fully fermented shiraz grapes. Prominent botanicals include orange zest, bay leaf and gentian root. This mix is designed to be savoured solo pre or post dinner, served over ice or chilled with a slice of orange. For a twist, it also works beautifully with Calvados.
